The Queen of Bows or Hare allows you to be more aware of how successful you can be in your endeavors. Queen’s rule the castle and Bows are representative of fire. This Queen is all about action, creativity and development. She is all about keeping the castle hustling and bustling while the King is attending to other matters. She wants you to think of what success is. What does it smell like? How does it taste? Can you feel it? Open your senses to Spirit and understand how successful you truly are.
For me, I pondered on the Queen of Bows
I asked her if I was successful in my current position. My team reminded me that as a leader I make them feel important. There is a difference between being a manager and a leader. Manager’s are task oriented while leaders are influential. Just like the Queen of Bows she makes the denizens of the castle feel important.
Martin Luther King Jr. was a great leader and said “The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.” It’s important to stand up to the challenges and controversy in society and the workplace. It’s not to create an attitude of conflict but to create an understanding of deeper awareness. To be able to ask the tough questions for understanding, while gaining respect with your peers and bosses. To influence and not dictate. To make others feel important.
How do you influence others around you? Where do you need to raise understanding? Ask the Queen of Bows to guide you on your Spirit’s Path.
